The business app for Nigerian small businesses
Everything your business needs.
One app.
Sell, take payments, send invoices, keep your customers close, do your books, put your business online, and get in front of grants and investors. One login. One place. Free to start.
Free to start. Works on any phone. No card needed.
One login. All of it.
Follow one sale, from “how much?” to your books
She finds you. Your page, your products, your prices.
She orders. From your page or a chat. One list.
She pays. Transfer or card, into your bank.
She gets a receipt. Your name, VAT on it.
Your stock drops. And says when to reorder.
Your books update. The sale posts itself.
She joins your customer book. With what she bought.
She finds you again. Your link in bio holds every way to pay.
Your record grows. The one a grant panel reads.
One app instead of ten
A notebook, a chat list, a spreadsheet, an invoice app, somebody’s cousin for the website, and a bag of receipts in January. None of it talks to each other, and you are the one holding it together.
In Habaqa the sale, the receipt, the customer, the books and the record all come from the same action. You do the work once.
Records are what make you a company
Banks, grant panels, landlords, distributors and investors all ask the same thing: show me. Habaqa keeps the proof as you work, so the answer is a link, not a weekend of digging through chats and receipts.
Before you sign up
What does it cost?
The tools are free. No monthly fee, no card, no equity. Payment processing has its own fees, if you choose to let customers pay online, and you see them before you turn that on. Investors pay a monthly subscription to reach the register, which is the other half of how this is paid for.
Do I have to use all of it?
No. Most people start with one thing, sending an invoice or putting their price list online, and turn on the rest when they need it. Nothing you aren’t using gets in your way.
Do I need a registered business?
No. You can start with no CAC number. Registration matters for the Verified badge, for grants, and for investors, and we can point you to partners who handle it.
Does Habaqa hold my money?
No. Customers pay into your own bank account. Habaqa records the payment.
Will my customers need an app?
No. They open a link in their browser, on any phone.
Who can see my numbers?
Nobody, until you say yes to a particular investor. Your revenue, costs and contact details stay closed by default.
Can I leave?
Any time, from your Account page. Everything is hidden straight away, you have 30 days to change your mind, and then it is erased.
One app. Your whole business.
Free to start, on the phone in your pocket, with the money side already built in.
