Is it really free? What is the catch?
The tools are free and staying that way while we grow. We are backed by Promoat Capital, whose interest is a healthier pipeline of investable Nigerian businesses. If a paid plan ever adds extras, we will say so clearly before you use them, and the free tools stay free.
Who can see my numbers?
Nobody, until you say yes. Vetted investors see your story: name, sector, location, team, photos. Your financial bands, CAC number, and contact details unlock only for an investor whose request you accept, and you can end that access later.
Do I need a registered business to join?
No. You can run invoices and customers without a CAC number. Registration matters when you want the Verified badge or to be listed for investors, and honest “not yet” answers are fine on your profile.
What happens to my grant application?
If you applied for The Drawbridge Grant, sign in with the same email and your business is already set up, with the application’s progress on its own tab. The grant itself lives here.
Can I delete my account?
Any time, from your Account page. Your profile disappears immediately, you have 30 days to change your mind by signing back in, and after that everything is permanently erased.
